• Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

• We offer Track and Trace Courier and Postal Services.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

• Domestic (New Zealand): 2-7 business days

• Please note: Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, customs).

4. Tracking & Confirmation

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

• We currently do not ship internationally.
